The WILDERBODY Experience
Lived it, then learned why — now I'll show you both.
You're not broken, and this was never a willpower problem. It's misunderstood biology and an unmanaged stress response. The WILDERBODY Experience exists to reframe that first — then prove it, through lived experience and real client outcomes.
Who it's for
Ready to go beyond the basics
WILDERBODY is the deeper rung — for people ready to move past foundational nutrition principles into the psychological work of real transformation, and who want a coach's direct presence and support to get there.
- You have serious health concerns you want to address at the root.
- You want to optimise your health now, for quality of life later — not chase a look.
- You're willing to work through the stress-response and emotional drivers of eating.
It isn't the right fit right now if you're after aesthetics only, or a quick fix. That's said with warmth, not judgement — the work simply asks for more than that.

An honest note on fit
The discovery call is a gentle screen, not a gate
A few things are worth naming kindly up front. The program tends not to serve someone who arrives certain they already have all the answers and meets the work with combativeness; someone chasing weight loss for a specific event or deadline size; or someone who isn't ready to make room for self-care right now. None of that is a verdict on you — it's about timing and fit, and the discovery call is where we figure that out together.

What's included
Structure and support, side by side
- Self-paced educational video content released twice a week, Monday and Friday, through your own personal dashboard.
- Two live one-hour group coaching sessions each week, to review, clarify, and talk it through together.
- A bonus stack: guides, meditations, a sound bath video, and access to a private community group.
How it's delivered
Small-group coaching, with room for one-on-one
Small-group virtual
The preferred way to work — a small cohort walking the same road, coached together and never alone.
1:1 when it's needed
Direct one-on-one coaching is available when your situation calls for closer support.
At your own pace
Content is yours to move through at a pace that feels right for you — gentle acclimation, never all-or-nothing.
The honest truth about the hard part
It isn't about giving up everything you enjoy
The biggest misconception is that this means surrendering every pleasure for a plate of bland food. It doesn't. The real design is slow and personal — eliminations arrive with a weekly prep window and your own choice in timing, at a pace that feels right for you. What's asked of you is honesty and presence, not deprivation.
The arc of change
How it tends to unfold
- Week 3–4
The first signals appear. Weight isn't the marker here — results vary, and some may briefly gain — so we watch for how you feel, not just the scale.
- Week 6–8
Most people notice a real difference. If not on the scale, then in less pain, better sleep, clearer skin, more energy — sometimes a medication check-in worth raising with their own doctor.
- After
Many describe feeling transformed — grateful, hearts full, motivated to keep going, like they've changed the trajectory of their health and their life.
Real clients, real outcomes
Why "too good to be true" turns out to be true
Michele E.
Living with Crohn's Disease, Michele saw drastically reduced inflammation markers, avoided a planned ileostomy surgery, and reached a healthy weight.
A client's glucose story
One client came off metformin, insulin, and Ozempic, with glucose levels stabilising in what her care team described as a "post-diabetic" range.
Lorraine B.
More active, better sleep, reduced sugar cravings — and 10 lbs released along the way.
Jessica L. & Nancy P.
Jessica: less back and knee pain, and a changed relationship with food. Nancy: 4.5 inches and 11.5 lbs released, with more energy, better sleep, and more food freedom.
Client stories describe individual personal experiences, not guarantees. ML Wellness Coach offers nutrition and wellness coaching — it does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition and is not a substitute for medical care. If you take medication or have a medical concern, please consult your doctor before making changes.

If you're still weighing it
The questions most people are really asking
"Is it worth the price?"
Investing in yourself at this level can feel unfamiliar, especially after things that didn't work. The value only really shows from inside the process — which is exactly why we start with a low-commitment call, not a leap.
"I don't have the time."
Life is busy, and meeting new people can feel like one more thing. The cadence is designed to fit real weeks, and the group becomes a support, not another obligation.
"I can't picture the change."
That's normal — there's nothing to compare it to until you're in it. The lived experience and the client stories are here to make the possibility feel real before you begin.
Enrol in the next WILDERBODY cohort
Enrolment is by application, and it begins with a free discovery call — a gentle conversation to make sure the timing and fit are right. If you're not ready yet, that's completely okay too.
